Silver State News Service is informed, believes and thereon alleges, that this is fraud in that, "Invitational Air Racing" seeks to exclude not "include" all potential competitors, as was the case with Sport Class Pilot John Parker in the 2003 time frame, as Aided and Abetted by Sports Class President (a.k.a. "Accessory") Mike Jones.

I wonder if all their celebritites know what they've signed on for...perhaps its time to write NASA in regards to its involvement and the Agents representing actors in SAG!

Remember the lawsuits against Ed McMahon after products he endorsed turned out to be fraudulent? <G>

Embellished:

To make beautiful, as by ornamentation; decorate.

To add ornamental or fictitious details to: a fanciful account that embellishes the true story.

Exaggerated:

To represent as greater than is actually the case; overstate: exaggerate the size of the enemy force; exaggerated his own role in the episode.
To enlarge or increase to an abnormal degree: thick lenses that exaggerated the size of her eyes.

Fraud:

A deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain.

A piece of trickery; a trick.

One that defrauds; a cheat.

One who assumes a false pose; an impostor.

Bunko:

A swindle in which an unsuspecting person is cheated; a confidence game.

Conspiracy:

An agreement to perform together an illegal, wrongful, or subversive act.
A group of conspirators.
Law. An agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime or accomplish a legal purpose through illegal action.
A joining or acting together, as if by sinister design: a conspiracy of wind and tide that devastated coastal areas.

Racketeering:

A person who commits crimes such as extortion, loansharking, bribery, and obstruction of justice in furtherance of illegal business activities.
