The above profile is for a Savanna Nichols, adopted daughter of Michael Sue Nichols, the woman attacked in Savanna's piece on My Space.

Savanna Nichols and a group of her friends have been Cyberstalking and Cyberbullying Michael Sue Nichols and myself online. This document here, posted in 2006, just came to my attention as the Mother ~ whom is not online ~ just reported it to me as one of a possible series of documents being passed out and speaking against her in the township of Dyer, Nevada.

The information contained in this piece is untrue. Please note that the date of the posting is 6/23/2006. Age at the time shown as 19.

Ms. Savanna Nichols was born on August 14, 1989. At the time of the posting, she was 16 years old, which I believe is two years younger than the mandatory minimum age that a person has to be to post on My Space.Com.

Additionally, stories she has told about her Mother I am able to confirm as untrue in that I am a news reporter investigating her Mother's case and have read an(d) possess scanned copies of reports from Social Workers who indicated the child was unbelievable.

The John Deymonaz listed is an alleged pedophile and I have materials to document that as well.

I am in possession of a recording, made by no less than Savanna Nichols, in which she and a third party, Jody Rosas, plotted to place methamphetamines (ground) in the food of the mother, Michael Sue Nichols.

Jody Rosas is related to Crystal Ann Bagube, wife of George Allen Bagube, whom I have materials from where he has been involved in the cyberstalking of Michael Sue Nichols and myself, and has also violated my copyright.

Bagube's website was at Word Press.Org, where he posted his attacks and my copyrighted materials. That website has apparently been removed, however, I will be taking copies to file a complaint with the FBI as Mr. Bagube was stalking a father and child, the child being that of Jody Rosas, who voluntarily gave up custody of the child.

Mr. Bagube is also alleged to have cyberstalked Michael Sue Nichols and myself and furthermore, Ms. Savanna Nichols had some of her information and her picture posted at his website supporting his false allegations.

In her allegations within her MySpace con(t)ent, she alleges Michael Sue Nichols daughter Wendy, her husband Robbie, Michael Sue's grandaughter Jennifer and her boyfriend Vern, were involved in a kidnapping attempt of a baby and had threatened Savanna Nichols with harm. I am in possession of police reports about the incident which indicate that Ms. Savanna Nichols lied to investigators and that the four individuals alleged to have kidnapped the baby and harmed Savanna Nichols had every right to the baby and lived at the home, contrary to Savanna Nichols allegations. Furthermore, the investigators indicating finding wounds not on Savanna, but on at least one of the four others, whom Savanna had attacked.

Bagube and Savanna Nichols will be sued by my publication for libel, beyond the copyright and Cyberstalking issues.

Michael Sue Nichols is 70 years old and still lives in Dyer, Nevada. I am more than happy to put her in direct contact with you.

Stalked in Fishlake Valley

The product of a sick mind, this sign was posted in the Fishlake Valley at Wild Creek off Highway 264. "ICUMS" stands for "I See You Michael Sue," an acronym that has matching hate mail to go along with it. Ms. Nichols notes are attached to the document, a photocopy prepared for presentation as evidence.

Ms. Nichols adopted daughter, Savannah Nichols, was targeted by a mix of groups including those with Satanic Worshippers, another involving dubious Religious zealots on the far, opposite extreme, and all having one thing in common...

...a connection with Pedophiles targeting young Savannah and others for inclusion into their individual and collective "stables," beyond the hatred held for the targeted Michael Sue Nichols and others like her. Otherwise, each group appears to be operating with ulterior motives all their own, but with young children and teens as the foundation for their existence.

The groups we have identified so far know each other beyond a shadow of a doubt...

Reports are that since the age of 12, Savannah has been the focus of a specific Pedophile operating in the Fishlake Valley, when witnesses reported seeing her with the much older man, his hands all over her, and she kissing him.

Savannah, who ran away from Child Protective Services (CPS) in California after being taken away from her adoptive Mother (Michael Sue Nichols) based on false charges by the child, which were "supported" by others ~ including Law Enforcement ~ is believed to be with the Pedophile at this time. Savannah has turned age 18 since these crimes began, however ~ according to our knowledge, information and belief, all of which we are still researching ~ the State of California is bellieved to still be responsible for her until she turns 26, since she ran away from CPS prior to turning 18.

California CPS persecuted the adopted Mother based on information from the child and local Law Enforcement officials in the Fishlake Valley, however, a major turn of events has occurred and the Mother now appears to have been persecuted...

...even though the State of California strongly appears to have exonnerated her of the charges.

According to CPS, the child was a "beguiler" and a "charmer," particularly towards the opposite sex, and more than one investigator did not believe the charges. So the question is, why did CPS continue to persecute the Adoptive Mother and why does she continue to be persecuted to this day, particularly by Local Law Enforcement.

We'll have answers for those questions shortly, based on the documentation we''ve seen and the testimony we've heard since shortly after our arrival here in the Fishlake Valley.

In the meantime, the Pedophile ~ a white male, married at the time but reportedly now in divorce proceedings ~ is a respected member of the Nevada and U.S. Geological community, who began his immoral processing of the then 12-year-old minor while he himself was in his fifties.

The Pedophile is believed to have been sexually abused as a child and walking a tightrope of "sanity" without a safety net (undetected, untreated and therefore, unhelped...) all his life. From the evidence seen, it's clear that this individual had assistance ~ and not just from the groups attempting to aide each other to the child's soul.

People in important positions of power practically handed this child over to Pedophiles.

Thus, the coming story represents an indictment of the States of Arizona, California and Nevada, their Child Protective Services, their Courts and Law Enforcement officials.

All have lied about Michael Sue Nichols while simultaneously knowing the Truth...

Directed not only against Michael Sue Nichols, but by individuals known or believed by the Writer(s)/Stalker(s) to be assisting Nichols in her attempts to save her adopted daughter, Savannah.

Also, a subliminal motive revealed: an attack on the elderly and disabled over their receipt of Social Services, whether that be "entitlement" or "welfare."

Those behind the letter know the charges to be untrue and go out of their way to rub salt into the victim's wounds. Cruelty after cruelty sadistically delivered as lies that fly in the face of Truth, as we will reveal shortly, along with perpetrators.

Note the charges of "Attempted Murder" directed against the elder Nichols. Even the State of California found these charges to be untrue, but none the less, prosecuted and persecuted the elder Nichols unjustly, the allegations based on charges made by the child and supported by "Adults" possessing potential conflicts of interest in the case.

Though the State has logic and reason to know the charges untrue, the State illogically and unreasonably prosecutes the victim, rewards the child, gives her as a gift to the Pedophiles yearning to possess her, and absolves themselves of any crime!

Based on the lies told against her, funding due her from the State and Federal Government was cut off, with both entities now claiming that the elder Nichols owes them.

Though the State of California has known of her innocence, and though she has been systematically destroyed by the perpetrators of crimes against her, the elder Nichols is now mired in debt from the mere act of trying to maintain her dignity at a time she desperately needs to clear her name.

To this day, she continues trying to clear her name.

And now her adopted daughter has run off with a Pedophile...thanks to the assistance of CPS and Law Enforcement in three States.

And everywhere Michael Sue Nichols goes, human obstacles stand in her way, thrown there by those trying to destroy her via the propagation of lies, all fabricated to create individual and collective beliefs in outsiders that the child's charges in this case ~ as supported verbally by Color of Authority ~ are true, when in fact, Color of Authority in three separate States, know and possess the written documentation that the charges against the elder Michael Sue Nichols are untrue and have been all along.

Now, we at SSNS possess that same documentation...and such documentation is now shifted and protected in places out of reach of both common and uncommon criminals. In particular, a pack of liars, hypocrites and perverts, who by their conduct are gathering for strategy in a time for ciminals to be running...

Forced into a poverty State by the perpetrators of crimes against her, Michael Sue Nichols works when she can find it and has depended on the generousity of others trying to help out. Their "Paper Trail," however, along with incompetence and competence somehow going hand in hand, "Yin" & Yang," now betrays the covert efforts.

And as for "Confessions of Sins," the writer(s) of this letter and others like it, which will be published soon as a multitude of cases involving corruption come online, write their own confessions between the lines, and flaunt their sins like only criminals would brag ~ not knowing that their brags are in reality being flaunted in the face of "the knowing" Public ~ only to suddenly find themselves and their bragged lies in the punishing light of close examination by Public Scrutiny.

Involves Human Trafficking and Abuse charges against Washoe County Social Services for attempting to adopt out Woman's children without regard to her Civil Rights. Abuses by Washoe County involving interference in family quality time at School Sporting events. Includes abuses by group known as "The Children's Cabinet" wherein violent teen, who struck and was abusive to his Mother, was removed from the Home based on allegation that Mother had given 4-year-old daughter alcohol. Charge is denied. Belief is that child took a drink from a soda can belonging to teen's younger brother and that alchohol was hidden inside.

Mother and Step-father later learned after the teen was removed from the home that he had been dealing illicit drugs with a younger brother and attempted to stop both from this criminal misconduct.

Older teen now an adult after turning age 18. Reportedly dealing drugs out of a foster home. Reportedly was dealing drugs while at The Children's Cabinet and before move into foster home. Told Mother how they would sneak out through a window opened just so far to avoid setting off an alarm.

Adult 18 year-old now reported as having illicit relations with underage girl at her home The 18-year-old's Mother indicates that he will never get into trouble since the underaged girl's own Mother ~ a former stripper ~ is being supplied with drugs by the 18-year-old.

18-year-old's Mother falsely accused by him and his younger brother while teens, of giving alchohol to her husband's four-year-old daughter. Mother denies the charge. Husband declares her innocent.

Mother ordered by Child Protective Services to Divorce Father. Suffering retaliations from CPS despite separation from father caused by Harassment and Abuse at the hands of Washoe County Social Services and CPS workers, to include, The Children's Cabinet.

Conflicts of Interest ~ Director of Washoe County Social Services is on the Board of The Children's Cabinet, along with other Washoe County officials, including Judges. Group sponsored by Scolari's Food & Drug Company, currently facing charges of Sexual Harassment in EEOC vs Scolari's.

Washoe County, Nevada, officials attempting to try man on false charges of improperly touching an underaged girl, his step-daughter. The man has been "found" to have been properly served and "found Guilty" of the charges, however, a major problem exists in the fact that he was not served nor present in the court room during the hearing!

Involves multiple Civil Rights violations. Also, Human Trafficking and Abuse charges against Washoe County Social Services for attempting to taint Defendant's reputation with Child Abuse charges and to take away child/step-children without regard to Defendant's Civil Rights.

Human, Children's Rights and Civil Rights Violations. Obstruction of Justice, Threatening and Tampering with Witnesses, Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) violations. Mandate of Law not being followed by Washoe County Social Services and CPS.Human, Civil Rights violations directed against the Father, his child and step-children.

In act of revenge, Female Worker from State of Nevada, Washoe County Social Services, Child Protective Services, offended by being addressed as "C" Word, transmitted case documents illegally and in violation of existing Court orders, as well as Privacy Act, to Defendant's ex-wife.

Ex-wife and her Attorney brought Confidential documents into case. Both Ex-wife and Counsel ordered to return documents to Defendant by first Judge. This did not happen. Judges changed while case in process but before CPS became involved. Washoe County Deputy District Attorney Greg Shannon instructed CPS to stop talking to the man's ex-wife and also told them that they had better not be giving her any information. These instructions were apparently too late as they had already committed their misconduct.

Deputy DA Shannon also allegedly told CPS to release records belonging to the man's new wife in May, 2008. The new wife still does not have the records as of this time of writing, November 19, 2008. The new wife sent Deputy D.A. Shannon a letter requesting that he remind CPS to give her the records. The D.A. (Gammick) called the new Wife's CPS Attorney and told him to tell the Wife to keep her mouth shut. Deputy D.A.

Shannon is now retired.

Second Judge subsequently bars reasonable visitation with daughter based on entry of Confidential documents into the case after first Judge allegedly transferred, though she hears cases in the same Courthouse.

Conflicts of Interest ~ to see daughter under supervised visitation, the man must pay the Rainbow Children's Center by the hour for supervision and all related expenses, this after his ex-wife had initially been ordered to share the expenses. Rainbow Children's Center is a Department of the Solano County District Attorney's Office, in California.

This Father now has to complete an intake with the Rainbow Children's Center, and though they are open every day, they only do intakes on certain days and they will not work with the Father. The ex-wife is ordered to speak with him about the welfare of the child but refuses.

Even if the Father does does what is expected, he will be denied his visits.

The Father is obstructed in his attempts to visit with his child on supervised visitation. Beyond the ex-wife's intransigence, there are allegations that the Rainbow Children's Center personnel have also told the man's ex-wife to never speak to him in regards to visitation. According to his current Wife, Rainbow Children's Center personnel told the ex-wife that is was "best if they handled it."

The current Wife indicated that "that's because they really scewed up (name witheld) intake on the first visit, and then they tired to blame it on the ex-wife.   When we got the ex-wife's story, it seems rainbow did it." 

Identity withheld to protect an innocent man...

The case of a Mother and her developmentally disabled child, who was taken from her at age 17, while the Mother was attempting to move the child to a new home from one providing substandard care.

Communications between child and mother slowly being terminated. Mother alleges false allegations made against her in deliberate attempt by County to keep child. Guardian appointed to child at age of Adulthood. No intent by County of Reunifying mother and child.

Documented Child abuse by County Officials, their Agents and/or Vectors alleged. Child allegedly being held hostage as pawn for Fraud directed against the U.S. Government. County allegedly attempting to make a "Monster" out of the Mother.

Mother's Civil Rights allegedly violated by Court. Appointed Counsel resigned. No new Counsel appointed. Mother not informed of her Right to nor given the opportunity to seek new Counsel. Forced to represent herself in a Court of Law without regard to her abilities at self-representation, of which she describes as "none."

Case involving family of six wherein four children have been taken from the family by Social Services, with allegations by the parents that the County has no intent of reunifying the parents with their children. Parents allege that the children are being kept from them based on false allegations, falsified documentation and false reporting. County alleges negligence by the family in the care of the children. Family acknowledges that mistakes were made, however, possesses documentation of false charges being filed in regards to alleged drug use and other acts the family has not committed. Drug use, let alone abuse, denied.

The family wishes to remain anonymous at this time due to fear of retaliation by County Officials. Indicates that at least one County offical has tried to help them.

Dyer, Nevada

The Town of Dyer is located near the California-Nevada State Border in the Fishlake Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada. Dyer is off Highway 264 and is centrally located approximately 90 miles East from Bishop, California; 77 miles West of Tonopah, Nevada; 200 miles North of Las Vegas, Nevada; and 240 miles South of Reno, Nevada, along the White Mountains.

The Region is one of the most beautiful in Nevada and features a variety of Wildlife, including Antelope, Mule Deer, Fox, Coyote, Mustangs, Bear, Puma (Cougar), Jackrabbit and Cottontail.

The Fishlake Valley is a migratory pathway for an incredible variety of Wild Birds, which seem to change in type and colors on a weekly basis. Wildflowers begin to bloom in late April. In the Summer months, the heat is usually in the 80s but can go as high as 107 degrees. Winters are long and cold, with snow and ice visible on the Valley floor, let alone, on the White Mountains that border the Valley on the West, along with the Silver Peak Range on the East.

Reno, NV, Nov. 27, 2008, ILIPS ~ Just a quick note to let our readers know that our Extra sections are under update and we are back actively updating the Curious Case of Michael Sue Nichols with new materials, as more victims come forward with complaints of abuses by the Justice Systems of Nevada, California and Arizona (AZ ~ Nichols Case only, at present).

We just had a meeting with Michael Sue in Reno, Nevada, where she met with her Attorney. Much news coming and shortly, much news to report in her case and others here at ILIPS Group International and Silver State News.

The Legal Cases we are following have jumped from five to ten since February and more are expected by the 1st of the year. Half of the focus is on Central Nevada and Esmeralda County, the other half on Northern Nevada and the 395 Corridor affecting Carson City, Reno and Sparks ~ all three cities within Washoe County ~ that "other" County beyond Esmeralda where corruption and criminal activity run rampant, particularly in Government.

The long delays allowed us additional research time, but primarily, we were able to explore the case of Serfoss vs Serfoss and its links to the opposition's criminal, Modus Operandi, as it involves the Curious Case of Michael Sue Nichols, along with a few other cases that have joined us since ILIPS Group's return to Nevada in October, 2007.

The opposition across the board, has made a number of blunders and produced a number of evidence items that connect a number of the cases we are covering at present, along with putting the criminal conspiracies together even greater before, as multi-layered, concerted acts, with all roads of corruption leading from the cases and the victims held hostage within, to Political circles in Carson City.

We know the opposition to be running scared, particularly following a number of developings that saw State Senator William "The Kingpin" Raggio demoted to Nevada State Senate Minority Leader, three pot busts reported in the Fishlake Valley area and the National Forest within the White Mountain Range, the sudden curtailing of the hate mail coming from "Robbie," an amalgam made up of a number of people connected to the Fishlake Valley area, and we may have just added anywhere from three to five more people behind the scenes of Robbie's writings, but have definitely nailed down at least two Esmeralda County officials behind the messages, including one member of Law Enforcement.

Appropriate actions are being taken to expose the Criminal element to those "real" Law Enforcement regulars who mean business when it comes to busting Crime. Civil lawsuits have been filed and Motions to Amend in one very serious case have been made. New cases will be filed once service of documents are filed and completed between now and March, 2009.

And I will add, that as a result of New Discovery this week, the first of a series of criminal complaints will be filed on Monday, December 1, 2008.

So stay tuned to Silver State News as things begin to heat-up. The victims of crime are fighting back and the criminals are beginning to cower under the applied pressure and heat of good human beings and their convictions.

Something that will result in Criminal "convictions," albeit, of a different kind... <g>

If the Criminal element in Nevada is to learn anything during this, the coming end of the first decade of the 21st Century, it's that the People of the United States and the State of Nevada in particular, are tired of corruption and those who think they are above the Laws laid down for the rest of us.

The Criminal element also needs to learn that the Color of Authority of a single or group of Laws, Law Enforcement, Government Position and/or Government Agencies, are the last place a criminal is going to ever want to hide when the hammer starts coming down on their Racketeering (RICO) operations, not to mention: those of their friends.

All that, and the fact that Justice has away of crossing State lines to catch criminals and their so-called "leaders" in their element!
