I like your letters to the editor feature, they are about as fantastic as is the picture of you on your site. What about the letters that are sent to you in dissent Mr. Daniels? You may think that everyone believes your "my email was broken" excuse but I happen to have your response to my message with your words copied to my letter to you. You remember, the one with the subject "Sour Grapes of Wrath?" Lucky for you, I'm not into giving you free publicity by writing about what a farce you are, I could attach an unflattering picture as well. Thanks for nothing, and I really don't understand why you insist on dragging me into your fantasy world Mark Daniels. Thought you might like a reminder of what you really look like to the world.

Thanks, Wayne...you don't know just how much every last one of those words mean to me!

(For those folks who don't understand the picture above, this is one of the shots taken by Mr. Sagar while he was welcome in my home. I've been ill for years with heart problems, which have developed into congestive heart failure and will prove fatal when my " Great Gettin' Up Mornin' " comes; Diabetes, which I didn't know I had at the time this picture was taken and was the cause of my obesity, seen here; Hypoglycemia, a condition which works with Diabetes in a vicious circle of Low Blood Sugar, High Blood Sugar, thus the sweating you see in this photograph, or may have seen on me at the Air Races or Air Shows around the country.

The tired eyes -- also cause by Diabetes as my eyesight fails. Not to mention, working those 24 and 48 hour shifts ol' Wayne and I used to work to make "his" website great.

The fatigue you see on my face is the issue of dealing with all this stuff, plus Obstructed Sleep Apnea diagnosed as severe by the Department of Veterans Affairs -- I have to wear a breathing machine at night that forces air into my lungs, otherwise I would suffer further brain damage and suffocate; a mild stroke; the lingering effects of Pulmonary Embolism, which is now improved by blood thinners but none the less, tried to kill me in 2000; high blood pressure, and basic neglect by the Department of Veterans Affairs in Los Angeles over the period of 1986 to 1995, with minor instances of neglect occurring since.

For the record, I am 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran. I am not allowed to work because no one will hire me with the medical conditions mentioned above. I've returned to Newspaper reporting so that I stay busy and have work to do, but I stay true to Journalistic Ethics.

I am sick with all these things while attempting to do the job of an Investigative Reporter trying to right wrongs committed against innocent people by others -- others whose sole power to harass is derived from some BS position they've attained in life, money they've milked out of that position and the system, and the simple fact that whatever they do to people -- the perpetrators are amusing themselves.

They think it's funny. One must wonder: where does that power come from?

Well, it comes from the very people that buy tickets for their BS "Invitational" who, for the most part, have no idea of the tyranny that they are supporting with each ticket or pit pass bought. Just the same, you keep buying those tickets -- others whom I support will remove the cancer surgically from RARA -- you fans and volunteers just continue on and remain the life's blood of the Reno Air Race event and keep it alive while the Docs do their "surgery thing." The event must live on into the future, so NO BOYCOTTS!

I don't tolerate lies, deceipt, criminal misconduct, and guys who think they are Journalists, preaching to others about what "Real Journalists" do or don't do, while never having spent a day in the trenches with the "Real Deal." 100 Real Journalists die each year covering foreign wars. Thousands of Journalists attempting to provide the Public with their Right to Know are harassed and assaulted by the Public while trying to cover the news. The job sucks, so does the pay, unless you're chasing a Celebrity with a bounty on his or her head, something a lot of us won't do though we still get blamed for the wreckless endangerment of innocent souls caused by others who will.

I don't have Sour Grapes over it. Not like Mr. Sagar appears to. I just resent people in power and with money making life miserable for people who are not as fortunate. I resent Expedience over rolling up your sleeves and going to work on solving problems. I resent attempts to bribe the Press with Credentials, Pizza, Beer, free rides, favorable treatment, being one of the "Good Ol' Boyz" (Air Race Nazis, Group Hug, whatever), etc., because our souls are not supposed to be for sale.

The First thing everyone needs to know about the First Amendment: it's not the reporter first with his rights; the Public's Right to Know comes first, THEN the rights of the reporter are derived from the Public's Right to Know. My job thereafter is as "The Public Watchdog." I watch for idiots who think they can push other people around making victims out of the latter, then I expose the perpetrators. When enough light is shined on the perpetrators, I find they tend to wither, crawl under rocks, and hide in the dark places.

I've just described the current leadership of RARA. Haven't I, Mikey H!?

Anyone interfering with the Public's Right to Know by bribing the Press with "favors" should be spat upon by every reporter that individual comes in contact with. Isn't that right, Mikey H!?

Most of all, after years of watching the Little Guy suffer in Air Racing, I resent assholes like Wayne Sagar trying to suck up to the "Powers that Be," even when the Powers that Be are in the wrong and utilizing fear, intimidation, threats of economic harm and threats of violence, against Air Racers, the fans, the volunteers especially, and any member of the Press who would try to do the right thing and report it, hoping that exposing the problem could lead to a positive solution for all.

Mr. Sagar -- your days in Air Racing are numbered and you will have no one to blame for that but yourself. The Air Racers are watching you. The fans, the volunteers, their eyes are upon you. They watch you sell them out by accepting favors and friendship from the leadership of RARA -- the very people you were so violently complaining about when I worked with you...

...and let me assure you, the people are disgusted by you and your misconduct.

But I'm not. You're comments tonight are welcome, coming just moments after I posted this e-mail of support.

You've had two strikes and have already committed the third with your libel and slander as stated to Plaintiffs. I'm putting those documents up in the next few minutes so that the People of Air Racing can see what you're really about.

As for your statements above -- you're just swinging in the wind since your third strike is already up.

My only regret: I didn't figure you out before hurting a few innocent people myself. I will have to take responsibility for that and expose my misconduct against others based on your words -- words which I believed at one time. Ah, but what the hell -- everyone falls victim to a con man at least once in their lives.

But no way you're walking away from being exposed this time.

Loved the picture. But it's really kind of hard to hit a man below the belt when neither you nor he can find his belt! <G>

That's not the real irony tonight. I'm sitting here watching "Little Budda" with Siddartha seeking inner peace. I found mine when I refused to join Mikey H's club by supporting the misconduct he and others have directed against the racers for years. I told him to take his "Invitational" and stick it where the moon don't shine.

As for your "Sour Grapes" piece, that's one of the documents that will be rebutted in the document I will shortly write about you. However, the exchange between you and the Plaintiffs in the Water Works Case first.

I want folks to get a real feel for what a fine fellow you truly are!

You're welcome for nothing, but you should be thanking yourself for the emptiness inside your own soul. As you can see by the picture, my own soul is kind of full right now.

That's because I'm going to stop you and your boyfriendz at RARA from hurting others. How does it feel to be a sellout, Wayne!?

I imagine that it's sort of like what a man might feel like if he were screwing a sheep or another man. Probably feels real good...right up to the moment you get caught.
