Hanging in the Balance The misconduct of the Airport Authority of Washoe County (AAWC) and the Reno Air Racing Association (RARA) has gotten to the point that Reno-Stead Tenants have begun fighting back. Three such Tenants, Paul January, M.A. Edwards and Clyde Bincoe, have been fighting for years it turns out and are in Court now with a Civil Lawsuit. According to Edwards, the Civil Suit is just the beginning. The trio will be pursuing Criminal charges down the road. Much information to be divulged here at Silver State News in the coming days, weeks and months of 2004.
