Attorney Ann Morgan, Esq., currently of the Jones Vargas Law Firm of Reno, Nevada, misrepresenting the Airport Authority of Washoe County (AAWC), has chosen a not-so-novel, rather unrealistic attack against the Plaintiffs of the Water Works Scandal Case. A pack of lies all-in-all, but you've got to give credit to an Attorney who has the courage to commit Career Seppuku in this manner, in defense of Krys Bart and the AAWC, in public no less, before a sitting Judge! Just the same, Ms. Ann Morgan, Esq., has none the less had the audacity to indicate to a Washoe County Judge, in a District Court of Law, that Plaintiffs in the Water Works Scandal Case -- not Mark S. "Bear" Daniels -- are the owners of Daniels' website. In fact, in Exhibit "C" to her most recent "Request for Oral Argument" filing at the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, In and For Washoe County, she has added two articles as "Exhibit C," twenty-six pages in length, featuring the stories: "Plaintiffs Send Strong Message to Jones Vargas Law Firm: Disqualify Yourselves;" and: Though Ms. Morgan lies through her teeth -- something that is not uncommon among practicing Attorneys today -- and further, negligently omits my finest work to date, i.e., "Geez, Mike! Was it Something I Said!?," the implications are clear: The AAWC & its subordinate organization RARA are running out of excuses and Scapegoats, and this latest allegation has just given further credibility to Silver State News Service's reporting on RARA vs Parker and the Water Works Scandal cases. Obviously, they are afraid and they are now attempting to go to Court to silence this online newspaper and its Editor as others -- including legislators -- are seriously taking notice of their activities, according to informed sources. Otherwise, why present yourself before a Judge about information that is sooooo incorrect as to knowingly be a lie, particularly since the truth is so easy to obtain from the source, from Public Record and/or from Private Investigators!? <G> Continued...Page 2 |
