Mikey! You Fired the Womenfolk!!??

An SSNS source is reporting that Ellen Ward, Cathy Stahl, Natasha (?) and Anita Curtis, are all released from RARA. Reports are that Joey Scolari is hiding his face and that Non-disclosure agreements may exist and also may have been forced on RARA's essential staff to silence them about Sexual Harassment and other criminal misconduct by Houghton and his Thugs.

Oh, we are moving on a juicy report that Ellen, Cathy, Natasha and Anita, have left RARA ~ apparently fired ~ for new pastures. The report we have is that all were unceremoniously dumped and the issue of Sexual Harassment, as reported by SSNS, along with the EEOC Complaints filed previously against Joey Scolari of Scolari Markets, and the issue of the Raggio-Whitehead-Scolari-Houghton connection, where all four men ~ a Senator, a defrocked Nevada Supreme Court Judge, a Supermarket Playboy and Mickey Da Rat ~ have at one time or another been accused of Sexual Harassment (Scolari, Houghton), Rape (Raggio), and the conduct of a Pedophile (Whitehead), which makes their associations even more interesting than their networking.

Of particular interest is the issue of Non-disclosure agreements. That should raise a red-flag in the mind of the Central District Federal Court Judge that will be hearing the complaint of Publisher Daniels, in that, Non-disclosure agreements signed as forms of bribery to silence potential witnesses about their Civil Rights being violated, can result in charges of tampering with witnesses and interfering with witnesses and others in reporting crimes, a very serious pair of Federal violations.

The basic rule in our Democracy is that no one can sign their Civil Rights away. If one can do it, it would set a precendent that they essentially have signed away the rights of all. As Martin Luther King has stated: "What they do to one of us, they do to all of us."

Anyone forced to sign a Non-disclosure agreement when leaving RARA in order to obtain their rightful benefits, in exchange for Non-disclosure about criminal misconduct, has signed a worthless document. They can be subpoenaed, they can be compelled to testify, and the Court under General Relief, can be encouraged to compensate them for damages sustained in the process of having attempted to sign away their Civil Rights while under threat or duress. Which often means more moneys than what they signed for and prison time for the offenders forcing them to sign.

This is the position of SSNS and it applies only to our case as we present it In Pro Per. We are informed, believe and suggest, that others with similar cases and beliefs about their cases should contact Attorneys for legal advice. SSNS also believes that the recent dismissals are likewise related to the cases of the rightful International Formula One (IF1) President, Ray Sherwood, against the current "leadership" of IF1 for despicable acts committed against him by the Class Board of Directors, and one Birch Entriken, whom in collusion with Mike Houghton, of RARA, had Sherwood removed. The women recently released by RARA are believed to have information about that issue as well.

Likewise, since only Tom Robinson testified in Municipal Court about the staff in their office being scared of the ol' Bear, though no testimony was offered to support his hearsay, they and others would have information about Robinson and Houghton's perjury in said Courtroom.

We are also informed and believe that Mickey Da Rat is up to additional "No Good," and it's substantial in nature and may require an on site, in person investigation, by Editor Mark S. "Bear" Daniels, who is considering the bringing of an entourage of Press, Attorneys and IRS Agents, along with him at Stead Airport during PRS in June, and the Air Races, in September.

The best information we continue to have to date is that, despite their apparent "jocular (i.e., Jock in particular)" manner on the ramp, Houghton and his buddies are running scared!

So with that in mind, and the Bear revved up after having survived three fatal incidents minimum in 2005, that's probably a wise thing to do ~ "be scared, be very scared" ~ but for all their efforts to cover-up, their stupidity at RARA is the one thing that will undermine them, and all the lies they have told to date will snowball until they can't remember them, and sink them like a Dambuster bomb of WWII fame. It's skimming at them right now from across Pyramid Lake (Point of Origin, Fernley....read between the lines, scoundrels!), and no amount of land inbetween the Lake and RARA Headquarters is going to stop it!

In other words, the Air Race Nazi intrigues are too complex for men who collectively ~ if brains were dynamite, wouldn't have enough to blow just one of their noses with ~ that there's no way the likes of Houghton and his ilk/elk/stags are going to get away with any of the nonsense they've pulled, which is and has been documented since the time he began his tinhorn tenure there!

Meaning: your asses are mine, RARA Boyz, and I will make you squeal like piggies on each other, right in front of a Federal Court Judge!!!

BTW, Mikey H, I want to talk to you about the land that Moya and Bill Lear donated to the Air Races so that the National Championships would have a racecourse, and that reason you gave me a while back during a taped interview as to why you sold it to your friends at the AAWC, without announcing your Undisclosed Conflict of Interest ~ A Federal Law violation, and a Nevada State Law violation, resulting in Land Fraud, since your conflict of interest null and voids the sale!

Shouldn't you have just given it back to the Lear family if you weren't going to use it as a racecourse? Haven't you defrauded the Lears as well, not just the City of Reno, Washoe County, the State of Nevada and the IRS (Federal Government)?
