So we always make it an annual point to acknowledge receipt, to include scans of the document, calling Brett J. Scolari "B.J." <nudge nudge wink wink>, somewhere in our remarks, utilizing the term <nudge nudge wink wink> from Monty Python, and in general, emasculating and humiliating the already emasculated and humiliated Mickey Da Rat (Mike Houghton, President, CEO and "Der Führer" [a.k.a. Adolf Houghton, Leader of the Air Race Nazis, Good Ol' Boyz & RARA Girlz ™) as much as is humanly possible, especially for a man with no Johnson, and his webmaster doesn't count since the latter spells his name with a "T" ( as in: J-O-H-N-S-T-O-N ).

Not that it matters that much, Mikey H being emasculated and all. This is a guy that likes to go down (no pun intended) to the Hilton Pylon Bar in Reno, brag to the underaged women there (i.e., anyone who can do miraculous things with false teeth and or younger...), takes Viagra to prove it, only to have his back go out instantly ~ "throbbing" in pain for reasons he cannot understand why, nor explain, nor ever will comprehend, unless I explain this humorous joke to him, while the women walk away exercising their right to snickering and/or "Suppressed laughter" at his ultimate expense.

Just the same, we consider this and all past services as well, illegal in nature in that, they constitute Civil Rights Violations and further, Violation of U.S. and Nevada State Tax Law, not to mention a cover-up of the crimes currently underway at Stead and in Reno, involving denial of access of Public Record (RARA/RARF are 503c operations requiring open books and access to inspection of those books, record and their events for corrobboration...), not to mention Land Fraud and Fraud Directed Against the United States Government, its Treasury and The People.

We have a lawful right, under State and Federal Law, to inspect the Public Record.

And then there are the Aviation Laws being violated in the process!

And Jones Vargas is one of three Law Firms who have continually failed in their attempts to get me under control, and financially speaking, are charging Mickey Da Rat an arm and a leg and a thigh for it (if we were allowed to view the Public Record, we could tell you whom that thigh belongs to <nudge nudge, wink wink>), while advising their clients to commit criminal misconduct; aiding and abetting their clients in the commission of criminal misconduct; serving as accessories to fraud, racketeering and Civil Rights Violations; and therefore, in my opinion as an Editor and Publisher, are Guilty of the same.

Oh yes, Jones Vargas, the Scolari's. "Little B.J." and the other associated Law Firms, are up to State Senator William J. Raggio's neck in Racketeering and Corruption. For you see, the "Father of the AAWC" (Raggio, pronounced "A$$hole!," but with feeling...) is also an Attorney for Jones Vargas, and Mickey Da Rat was once on the Board of Trustees of the AAWC, and Jones Vargas represents both, while Kingpin Raggio is the current State Senate Majority Leader in the most corrupt State in the Union today, the State of (Wait for it!)...

...NEVADA!

Reno is no longer a real Air Race ~ it's billed as an "Invitational" in its rules, thus it becomes a fraud when Houghton et al call it "Real Air Racing" on their lying website; and they have already declared it "Entertainment" and have steered it away from a true, "Sporting Event," resulting in Fixed "competitions" ~ and everyone is suffering for it, except Houghton and his friends, who stand there with their hands out and take your money, that of the Air Racer, the Teams, the mechanics, and most assuredly this year: IF1, thanks to Houghton's new "Boy Toy," Birch "Bend-me-over-do-it-again!" Entrken, while destroying your event. Not theirs, but yours...it is a community event.

Doesn't take much to figure out "why" and "who's responsible!" Corruption, plain and simple, with even some in Air Racing selling out to Houghton to gain advantage in competition and power over those whom they are supposed to, but fail to represent, based on their new obligations to their bestest friends, Mike Houghton et al.

Conspiracy, Racketeering, Fraud, Civil Rights Violations, even Human Rights Violations.

Where has dignity gone but away from the Reno Air Races, not to mention, the City of Reno and the State of Nevada?

Even the newly elected Governor was in trouble and under investigation right before he was "elected!" From the top down, that tells you all what you need to know about Nevada, along with the few good people and the Sea of Evil that has overwhelmed the drought stricken, fire plagued, dry sands there.

Basically, that's the same description as "Hell." And yet, that's why neither Nevada Republicans nor Democrats are welcome in either "Heaven" or "Hell."

To paraphrase the punchline of an old joke: "On one hand, God in Heaven doesn't want them, and on the other, the Devil's afraid they'll take over!"

Oh, and as for Attorney Scolari claiming "Legally Enforceable Rights," he's a liar...those rights don't exist. Not when you're a 503c with open book requirements, and the issue of severability applies to every contract. If the contract has it, any unlawful portion of the contract that is not in compliance with State or Federal Law, is rendered null and void while the remainder of the contract stays in effect.

It a contract does not contain a severability clause, also known as "Separabiltiy," then the entire contract is rendered null and void.

Lying Attorneys won't bother to tell you that...and note:

No right of appeal contained in the letter.

One Small Victory...

Complaint Against Houghton Upheld by Washoe County Sheriff

Law and Principle are Upheld...Nevada Youth Protected by Their Sheriff in the Process.

A complaint filed by Silver State News Editor Mark S. "Bear" Daniels against Michael J. Houghton, President & CEO of the Reno National Championship "Invitationals," has been upheld by the Washoe County Sheriff's Office and Assigned a Permanent Case Number.

The case involved Houghton repeatedly riding an All Terrain, Four-wheel drive vehicle (ATV quadroped) on the ramp at Reno Stead Airport, Nevada, without mandatory helmet and protective gear as required by Nevada State Law.

The specific case involves an incident occurring in the June, 2006, time frame and also involved the charge of speeding on an Airport environment, beyond the speed limit that is usually fifteen miles per hour.

(Editor's note: during my time on Stead, I have been guilty of, sternly and appropriately advised by no less than the Airport Manager. in regards to my own incident involving excess speed...how strange that Mr. Houghton wasn't so advised, despite his repeated, observed and photographed, guilt. FYI ~ Without hesitation, I "owed up" to the complaint made against me ~ confirming that what was said against me was true ~ and did not repeat the infraction. The fault was mine. There was nothing to argue...)

Though a thumbnail of Mr. Houghton's misconduct beyond other serious criminal activities, the complaint is important in that Houghton set a bad example for teens and other children during the Reno National Championship "Invitational" Air Races that should not and obviously could not be tolerated.

Houghton continually flaunted himself on the ramp riding his ATV without the protective gear mandated by Law. Further, Houghton conducted himself in this manner in front of other Adults and Law Enforcement agencies, and of primary concern to this Publications Group, is that many of those Adults had their families ~ including teens and small children ~ with them at the time.

Mr. Houghton's conduct showed that Mr. Houghton considers himself as being "Above the Law" or riding in defiance of a Law that is not only for the protection of those same Adults and others, but also established for the protection of their children, teens and young adult family members. Thousands of teens and children in the Washoe County area, along with neighboring counties and out of State visitors, ride the hills and trails in and around Reno-Stead Airport grounds every year, including, during the National Championship "Invitational" Air Races.

Additionally, Mr. Houghton set a poor example for his own staff and in that regard, compromised safety at the Air Races and gave the appearance that he runs his Air Races with same contempt for safety that he has shown the Law and The People.

This is "Not a good thing" to do on a Federal, State- and Locally-protected (FAA, TSA, Homeland Security, BLM, Washoe County Sheriff and AAWC Airport Police), Airport environment. Especially when Mike Houghton himself, even by his own standards as applied to others, has the worst safety record in the nearly 100-year-history of Air Racing, the "World's Fastest Motorsport."

The RARA Board of Directors and the AAWC (Airport Authority of Washoe County) should also be condemned as Mr. Houghton was observed to ride his ATV without mandatory protective gear between members of the Board and other Staff on the Airport environ, including, in his contacts with the Airport Manager. Apparently no one other than this Publication and the Sheriff are concerned with his misconduct, or for that matter, Mr. Houghton's personal safety.

Mr. Houghton's conduct further set the bad example that a Public Figure can consider himself "outside" of or "Above the Law," and worse:

...that he considered himself as being "Cool" in doing so, resulting in the poorest example possible being set for Nevada Youth and sending the message that he (Houghton) was judged by an obvious, inequitable scale of justice, in regards to the dream of "justice for all" and contrary to the Civil Rights issue of "Equal Protection Under The Law."

The Washoe County Sheriff'fsOffice all knew differently and have acted accordingly by upholding the complaint and holding Mr. Houghton accountable to the Law. Punishment will likely be minor ~ a slap on the wrist if this is a first offense ~ however, Principle is of greater concern in correcting Mr. Houghton's conduct and Punishment is always at the discretion of a Judge and his or her Court.

Silver State News and its Editor have high praise for the Washoe County Sheriff's Office tonight, the group that conducted the investigation, upheld the Principle of Law ~ armed with photographs provided by this publication ~ and whom we expect will either issue the appropriate citation and/or forward the matter to the Judiciary for processing.

Clearly, the Washoe County Sheriff and his deputies remain devoted to Nevada's Youth, their safety and well-being, and are sending an important message that no one is Above the Law, especially when it comes to "Public Figures" and "Celebrities," even when the matter involves a seemingly minor traffic infraction.

This one bad example set by an Adult could have resulted ~ and may yet result ~ in death or injury to a teen or child trying to emulate Mr. Houghton's Law-defying behavior in full Public View.

Editorially speaking, this Publication and its Editor consider it a "good thing" that Mr. Houghton's example has not been tolerated and that a message is being sent , and we believe that Mr. Houghton should cease from these unsafe activities and desist from turning Nevada Youth against the Laws designed to protect themselves and others.

Public Figures, Officials and Celebrities, need to be cognizant in regards to those of tender years, teenage years and emerging adults, who might be watching and considering the emulation of their (the Public Figures') behavior.

SSNS continues it's "Stead Watch," part of its "In Stead News" reporting, which will take on new meaning this year when the Editor returns to confront Houghton and RARA over false reporting to the IRS, Fraud and other forms of Racketeering.

The Editor has been seriously ill over the past four years, but during that time frame, has has made visits to Stead Airport, only to be confronted by Racketeer Houghton and his thugs, as well as unlawfully and repeatedly banned from Stead Airport during events held by RARA ~ a Non-profit 503c organization charged with maintaining Open Public Records.

The latter is something RARA has refused to do, to the point of unlawfully arresting this Editor on false charges during his attempts to view the Public Record, and utilizing its personnel ~ including President & CEO Houghton and former Deputy Police Chief Tom Robinson ~ for the purpose of false arrest in violation (Under Color of Authority) of this Editor's Civil Rights.

Robinson's conduct has also been reprehensible as the Security Director for RARA, holding a major conflict of interest between his Police, RARA and Air Guard duties, committing perjury in an attempt to seal a minor conviction ~ a conviction that is still subject to Civil Rights Action ~ and himself turning his head the other way at Houghton's misconduct, even going as far as to aide and abet misconduct by Houghton, RARA and its Board of Directors, of which Robinson is a member, and participating in misconduct in defiance of his sworn oaths (Police, Air Guard).

Well, Hello "B.J.!"

I see it's that time of year again!

...or basically, Houghton's "Time of the Month!" Figures, since he's not a man.

As you can see, got your letter!

Ignoring it as usual for being unlawful and as usual, Civil Rights and Law violations in terms of "multitudes."

I will be in Reno to inspect the Public Records by this September and intend to make repeat visits. I consider the event, known as the "National Championship Air Races," and all other RARA/RARF events, to be part of the Public Record.

I will be bringing members of the Press as witnesses. Still and Video photography will be produced so that the Public can observe how you and local Law Enforcement behave.

I will be bringing Federal Law Enforcement with me as well.

Cannot promise that any unlawful attempt to hold me or take me into custody won't be met with resistance. Goes back to the issues of Civil Rights and Law Violations on your parts, not to mention Human Rights and Journalistic Ethics issues. I have a right to defend myself, beyond that, and protect myself and others from immediate and/or imminent harm.

Be advised of the following impartations of knowledge in regards to your poor, individual and collective decision making processes ~ and "citizenship" ~ to include but not limited to yourself, Jones, Vargas, Jones and Vargas, Watson Rounds, Woodburn & Wedge, any other Law Firms you sub-contract unlawful activities to, RARA, RARF, AAWC, FAA, Senator William "Kingpin" Raggio, Houghton, the RARA Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees of the AAWC, Krys Bart, the City of Reno, the Reno P.D., the Reno City Attorney's Office, the Reno Municipal Court, the Washoe District Court of Judge Connie J. Steinheimer (a.k.a., "Raggio's girl..."), etc and et al:"

1) Anyone associated with unlawfully blocking me in the conduct of my First Amendment Rights and Responsibilities to the Press and the Public's First Amendment Right to the same, or attempting to punish me, place me under unlawful arrest, blocking my path, attempting to restrain me, will all be sued along with the organization they represent, and then they will be sued individually. This includes Law Enforcement being utilized by the corrupt for such unlawful activities. This does not include acts that I deem to be Lawful, reasonable and/or rational under the circumstances under which the acts are taken. However, any unlawful act taken by your corrupt associates and clients, with Law Enforcement knowingly aiding and abetting such attempts to violate my Civil or Human Rights, or the Civil and Human Rights of others, to include but not limited to those with me, those unlawful acts by Law Enforcement will be responded to with complaints to the appropriate Federal Agencies and shall result in Civil Litigation within a Court of Law, if not Criminal Litigation.

2) I will be suing you and Jones Vargas shortly, and then I will be suing you individually, and when I learn in Discovery ~ as I fully expect to do ~ that you are a family member of the Scolari family, i.e., of "Scolari Food & Drug Company fame," I will be suing the Scolari family individually, collectively, and as Scolari Food & Drug Company, due to the obvious connections and conflicts of interest between you, Jones Vargas, the Scolari family, Senator Raggio at Jones Vargas, Joey Scolari on the Board of Directors at RARA, along with others, and anyone I further find connected with your slimey, sniveling, greasy, weasely, corporate, conniving, corporeal form.

3) Due to attempts by Mr. Houghton at RARA to have me killed ~ in conspiracy with others and independent of others ~ Mr. Houghton would be ill advised to present himself in my presence at any time in the now or forseeable future, other than in a Court of Law. I take it he must have gotten fined rather heavily for not wearing a helmet on the ramp, because frankly, I was surprised that I didn't get this insignificant letter from you/them dis-inviting myself, a service-connected, Honorably Discharged, totally Disabled Veteran, from your little Air Race Nazi suare.

4) Additionally, due to said attempts by Mr. Houghton to utilize thugs against me, to orchestrate my death and that of others, and to operate as a Racketeer and Mobster, using techniques expressly forbidden by the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), other State and Federal Laws, and all Human Conduct that is moral, decent and desired, resistance to unlawful detainment, arrest, obstruction or any other unlawful act committed against me, is assured. And you'd better believe, Scolari, that I know the difference between Lawful and Unlawful detainment, arrest, obstruction, etc., and further, if you look at my record of 51 years, the only thing on it is a Misdemeanor Trespass handed me by a Court of Law, corruptly controlled by your mentor ~ The Kingpin Raggio ~ which ultimately will not stand. As for your conduct and that of Houghton's, witnessed, photographed, written about, undenied, irrefutable, and you actually signed your name to yours!

The manner of the resistance will be completely within the Law and solely up to my discretion if "proper" Law Enforcement should fail to be on hand and if the circumstances warrant. The reason for that is specifically that I have a sworn oath to the United States Government and the People to "uphold and defend the Laws and Constitution of the United States," and beyond that, you crooks can't be trusted!

5) Please be advised that I am well-trained in the use of, but not limited to, "Reasonable" and "Deadly" force under U.S. (Federal) Law. I am VERY well-trained! My clean Military and Civilian records serve as proof of that!

6) Please be advised for your purposes that complaints are in the process of being filed and have been since ten minutes after the receipt of the above unlawful document sent to me by you, with your signature attached, received here on July 12, 2007, in Texas. These will include a complaint to the State Bar of Nevada, and the Federal Bar if applicable. The latter has yet to be determined. There will be other State Bar and Federal Bar complaints filed against your associates at Jones Vargas, up to, including and even beyond, The Kingpin. Meaning, the "Partners" at Jones Vargas in conspiracy with Raggio shall be held accountable.

7) While at Reno-Stead, observing the event as Public Record, in addition to inspecting the Public Records to determine if what I am seeing is corroborated by events, I will be recruiting and passing out informational flyers for the Air Racers Union, conduct which is protected by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) ~ interference with which is punishable by the same.

8) Bring the Washoe County Sheriff with you, in terms of attempting to arrest, detain, etc., and there will be no problem. I Trust the Washoe County Sheriff, whose jurisdiction the Airport is under, and the same can be said for the FBI or the Airport Police for the Reno Tahoe and Stead Airports, which fall under County or Federal jurisdiction, not City. TSA, Homeland Security, the same applies. All will have Carte Blanche with me as they all have jurisdiction. The City of Reno does not, as you well know.

Just remember, the case gets elevated higher in the Courts than your friends at Municipal can help you with. And I will push the Federal matter to up the ante and the stakes in regards to your crimes. Not just Houghton and RARA, but you Scolari, Jones Vargas and the AAWC. A Federal case means subpoena power beyond what District or Municipal can provide. It can also mean seizure of records...

Attempt to abuse power and mis-utilize the Reno P.D., as Board of Director Tom Robinson, then Deputy Chief of Police with a major Conflict of Interest as Security Director, did in orchestrating my false, 2004 arrest, in which I was NOT read my Miranda Rights by no less than Tom Robinson (his failure...no Miranda Rights from a Deputy Chief of Police ~ Go figure!) ...

...and there will be no end to your legal problems, ladies and gentlemen!

Nevada is full of corrupt Judges, but anything involving Civil Rights and Amendments to the U.S. Constitution is ultimately Federal Law, and once outside the borders of Nevada, you're nasty fannies are in the wind, if you get my drift. Frankly, your fannies have been in the wind for some time and the People have gotten your "drift" and are tired of the stench...from all of you and your corruption.

If you don't "get my drift," machst nichts to me, because it means that despite all the corruption in Nevada, there are Federal Attorneys and Federal Judges standing by to put all of you in Federal Prisons and do the same with any corrupt Judge, corrupted Jury member or Attorney, who have aided and abetted you in your Misdemeanor and Felony violations of the Law, Civil Rights and Human Rights.

That is all for now, other than to repeat my earlier questions and/or lawful demands:

1) Are you related to Joey Scolari of Scolari Food & Drug Company? If you are a relation, why are you so cowardly as to deny it?

2) Did Senator Raggio rape that 17 year old girl back when he was a District Attorney? I demand the opening of the Grand Jury's reports and findings in that regard for proof, one way or the other. Absent your presentation of the record, and absent his denial all these years, I am left to believe that he did and that a rapist is the Senate Majority Leader of Nevada and that this Criminal is having freeways and buildings named after him for having done so...

...and further, that he has profited enormously from this crime and others, such as the arson he committed shortly after the rape.

3) I demand access to RARA and RARF's public records, and I now demand the same of the records possessed by the "Quasi-Municipal" AAWC, which has previously obstructed my attempts to see the records they possess.

I will be seeing you in September, and suing you hopefully about the same time, if not sooner, in Federal Court.

You're a piece of filth, Scolari, who has no place in a "Justice System," let alone, the field of Litigation. You and your kind make me laugh...and you are the reason why our U.S. Justice System is viewed as a complete failure, siding with the rich against the middle class and poor, providing the former with special protections and benefits, denying basic Civil Liberties and Freedoms to the latter, and essentially, if not ultimately, an organized attempt to impose slavery on the middle class and poor, by a priviledged rich, Upper Class, who have gone too far in dicatating injustice into the lives of innocent, decent, people.

Since you clowns cannot find a legal use for your moneys, and use it to abuse others, all recoveries will be earmarked for return to the U.S. Treasury. I'm sure the People can find better uses for your funding...might actually help the poor and the homeless with it...the latter of whom have not taken for granted even the most simple, basic things in life, as people like you have.

All I have to do in order to break the backs of criminals such as yourself, your friends, your family and your clients ~ along with your "machine" ~ is take away "money" as their means to conduct crime.

Crime takes money...figuratively and literally speaking. Take it away from criminals like you, goodbye to crime and the criminal element like you and your ilk that perpetrate it.

And as for the latter, the criminals themselves and those who aide and abet them, their repository is prison. That fact is also Public Record and well known as a result. No truer statement can be said: All Public Record belongs in a Public Repository, and anyone who has their name on the Public Record for crimes against the People, belongs in a Public Repository, i.e., Prison.

If you clowns weren't committing the crimes you're known to be committing, your books would be open. Since they are not, that's 90% of my work done to convince both State and Federal Agencies, along with the Public-at-Large, of your growing, criminal misconduct.

When I'm through with the lot of you, Jones Vargas will be out of funds and cease to exist, as will the organizations currently operated by your clients/"friends."

Any revival of such dead entities will be up to the People and left to their good will. I don't think Jones Vargas can be revived. There is no cure for your cancer other than Prison.

The Reno Air Races however, can be revived, put right, and operated for many years to come after the criminal element is gone. I'm certain that the Federal Judges will agree with me on that, considering the fraud committed on Reno Air Race "membership" ~ those who should be lawfully in control...not Houghton, not the Board, not Joey, and certainly not "Kingpin Raggio!"

The patch of the former National Air Racing Association (NARA)...

What Air Racing Seriously Lacks:

...Unity and Solidarity against the Misconduct and downright Oppression of event Organizers like Mike Houghton and the Reno Air Racing Association...

...not to mention, the traitors in Air Racing's own ranks who aide and abet Houghton for a "Fixed" advantage on an inequitable Field of Competition.

Air Racing needs to unite against Abuse into one organization and deal harshly with the corrupt in and outside of its ranks. Whether that be a Union or a Professional Organization ~ or both ~ matters not. Unity, Solidarity, Large Numbers, Fan Base all, equate to an invincible force against corruption and crime by frauds.

It's time for a General Strike against Houghton, his Air Race Nazis and the Reno Air Racing Association (RARA).

Declare a Strike against them now...their only options are to 1) settle on the Air Racer's terms and end the abuses; 2) try to wait you out, which costs the Air Racer nothing and puts money back into his pockets, since it means RARA refunding all moneys like they had to in 2001 and facing a second subsequent season of no sales while the Strike continues onward; or 3) shut down, and they already indicate their plans to do that by selling off the race course lands and announcing to the Class Presidents ~ side-by-side with the AAWC ~ that they soon won't be racing in Reno anymore.

Why wait? Why prolong the inevitable!? Houghton, RARA and the AAWC have told you, the races will end! They're doing nothing to add to the purse, the latter of which is a joke. They're even taking funds from IF1 to give only half to a less competitive Class, while at the same time, putting $10,000.00 into their "Unanticiapted Expense Fund."

They take your sponsors away from you and hoarde the moneys for themselves. That doesn't help you equip your racers. Even the Unlimited National Champion is paying them to race...taking all the risks, while RARA takes none and happily steals your sponsors and moneys. Their ridiculous purse won't help you maintain your aircraft safely. Their ridiculous purse won't allow you to develop or purchase new and better racers or composite designs based on Advanced Technology with new engines, that will allow you to continue to race after the Warbirds must be retired.

How much longer is Air Racing going to accept such humiliation?

The money saved by the Air Racers could start up an independent event elsewhere...

Hire a new Management company with the racers in mind, or start one yourselves, and to Hell with Herr Houghton, RARA and its weasely Air Race Nazis!

No more Houghton, no more RARA, no more Air Race Nazis, No More Thugs, and a new door open to that "NASCAR Star Treatment" that Air Racers have deserved for so long...

Considering what has been taken away from them, and considering what is about to be taken away from them (the Grandaddy of all Air Racing Events...), even the Fans should Strike!

What happens if RARA holds an Air Race in September, and on the day qualifications open, no one shows?

The answer: "Refunds" and a hard lesson learned!
