Is pent-up anger reaching the point that someone may soon go Postal on Jim Campbell? How much can the innocent take before going Hostile? Are visitors to Oshkosh going to be safe with Campbell present in the middle of them all?

Witnesses Claim to have seen Campbell carrying a concealed weapon at Air Show events. Even Campbell believes the Threats on his life to be true, or so he has repeatedly indicated to Police, FBI and in his own Press.

If the Weapons report is true, does Campbell have a Concealed Weapons permit? If he has Weapons permit and Weapon, how, since he is identified as Schizophrenic by his own Grandfather?

How many with Psyche issues are permitted Concealed Weapons by permit in the United States? Is Campbell one of them?

Are the event organizers aware of the weapons report and are they doing anything about it? Are they aware of Campbell's past criminal misconduct spread out over a three decade-long period, including allegations of Stalking and Domestic Terrorism?

Should Campbell be allowed at Air Show events surround by so many allegations made by him alone, of physical danger and threat of death to his person? Seems like a "Violence Magnet" that should be kept clear of others and vice-versa. Then there are his claims of fighting alongside the Mujihadeen, whom are now counted among terrorists eying attacks on the United States.

Is Campbell supplying data to his old friends in the Mujihadeen to support such an attack? Has anyone from the CIA or FBI checked Campbell and his Afghanistan service record out? Americans were among Al Qaeda there, too. This is a man previously accused of forging Security-controlled Press Passes, one of the issues resulting in his banishment from Sun 'N Fun. He is known to have lied to just about everyone he comes in contact with...

Who stands to get hurt in the end?

How the Federal Government will ultimately be responsible if anything "bad" goes down. Considering his conduct at Sun 'N Fun, why are the EAA at Arlington and Oshkosh supporting him?

The Reno News & Review article "Winged conflict" (weblink)  (copy herewith) raises serious questions about whether you have an unacceptable conflict when participating in the consideration of Spanish Springs Airport matters.

I request that you agendize this subject for in-depth discussion during a Commission meeting in the near future.

Keep in mind that Richard Gammick displayed incompetence in the Ballardini Ranch matter. He permitted you Commissioners to lose an eminent domain lawsuit which is costing Washoe taxpayers $13.5-million. Gammick may have also displayed incompetence in telling you that you have no conflict when participating in Spanish Springs Airport issues. As mayor of Reno, Jeff Griffin had a similar scenario ~ and the ethics commission told him to have nothing to do with Reno-Tahoe Airport matters.

If you elect to NOT agendize discussion of your possible conflict with Spanish Springs Airport matters, a petition drive will be organized to gather signatures calling for your resignation from public office. The Reno News & Review MAY be willing to publicize this petition drive. The petition drive could possibly include peaceful and lawful demonstrations during Commission meetings.

Dennis Buehn, veteran AT-6 race pilot of Carson City, Nevada, taxis out in Midnight Miss III, the former Lee Oman "Four Play," at Stead Airport, Nevada. The Editor of SSNS flew practice laps with Buehn in 1979 at the California National Air Races, Mojave, California. Both our wives were pregnant at the time so we had plenty to talk about beyond Jerry MacDonald's Pylon Bending technique! The then rookie crop duster left us in the dust trying to keep up with him for Air 2 Air, so I basically got one or two shots on the course, with Jerry far far away in another galaxy, no way of catching up with him unless, of course, you were Han Solo and the Millenium Falcon.

European Air Racing coverage will begin in 2007 as that is the only legitimate closed course Air Racing left on Earth, following the abdication of the former Reno Air Races, whose loser leadership have declared the event an "Invitational" and "Entertainment" in nature. We do not cover "Entertainment" in our Sports section. We only cover real Sports and real Air Racing in our Sports section, the first Newspaper Sports Section, online or hard copy, to feature Air Racing on a regular basis.

We will not be covering U.S. Air Racing in our Entertainment Section. We do not respect National Championships conducted in name only that are fixed races as Invitational, and illegally fixed beyond that to suit the Event Organizer's choice of Champion. We do not reward Bad Conduct or Bad People with Good Press.

We treat Evil for what it is and Villify those hiding behind a Facade of Good who are in reality, anything but Good.

Was a deal made between Campbell and the FAA? That is the question since, in the 1990s, Campbell was hell-bent intent during his attacks on the FAA, which today, he seems to have made peace with.

Above is a statement by Jim Campbell, Publisher and Editor of Aero-News.Net, directed against Mark S. "Bear" Daniels, of Silver State News Service, that in reality is a mirror of what Jim Campbell himself has been charged with for years, and from his own experiences, he has taken it upon himself to commit perjury and charge another with the very acts that Campbell is guilty of.

We are beginning to receive documented evidence detailing the life and decades of criminal misconduct by Jim Campbell of ANN.

Please note Mr. Campbell's remarks involving "history of threats, stalking and harassment (involving a number of other parties, including Michael Houghton and the Reno Air Racing Association)," etc.

This was written on approximately October 17, 2005, by Mr. Campbell in his DMCA complaint.

At that time, I had not seen Mr. Houghton since a Movember hearing in 2004, following my false arrest for Misdemeanor Trespass by Mr. Houghton and his accomplice, then Deputy Chief of Police, Tom Robinson, Reno P.D., whom along with his Department, had no jurisdiction conducting an arrest on Stead Airport, Nevada.

As of this date, I have not seen Mike Houghton nor been around Mike Houghton since the same November, 2004, Court hearing in Reno, roughly 19 months.

Please also note that Mr. Campbell makes this Libellous Perjury NOT to Law Enforcement, but to a Private Business not associated with Law Enforcement, but rather, a company that provides server space to others. To date, ILIPS Group has received no Law Enforcement complaint or investigation; Mr. Campbell has failed, as usual ~ as you will ultimately see ~ to prosecute his DMCA complaint; Mr. Campbell has not had his Attorneys contact us; Mr. Campbell has not denied any of the information or allegations made against him; and Mr. Campbell, since Octobe 17, 2005, has not published one word of this at his lying rag, Aeo-News.Net, though it would constitute a major News story at AP, UPI, Reuters, Yahoo, et al., the moment he released this News to the Press.

Unfortunately, since the Truth is otherwise, Mr. Campbell knows that his reputation as an Ethical Journalist ~ which has been in serious doubt for over a decade anyway ~ would be trashed with finality by his own hand, and Aero-News.Net would be another dead rag, epitomizing the pinacle and/or depths of his lifelong failures.

In that regard, Editor Daniels is pleased as punch in that, he intends to thoroughly clobber Campbell and ANN in Court, and shut it down forever! As for Mr. Campbell, for his perjury, he has enough counts that the prison sentence he receives will cause him to serve to spend the remainder of his lifetime behind the hard, black iron, of prison bars.

Beyond the Perjury by Mr. Campbell, approximately 40+ counts, is the fact that (Click Here:) Mr. Campbell withheld evidence in his DMCA complaint, including having Pete Combs interview Editor Daniels in regards to the fight against Houghton on behalf of John Parker.

Campbell has since claimed that Editor Daniels is operating a vendetta against Mr. Houghton. He omits any reasons why Editor Daniels would be pursuing such a vendetta, primarily because if the reasons were properly cited, the readers of the complaint would realize that Editor Daniels is conducting no vendetta and is justified as a First Amendment Protected Journalist to investigate, report and expose, criminal misconduct by Houghton, the Reno Air Racing Association (RARA), unamed "others," whom Campbell fails to identify, Campbell and now Dr. Peter Diamandis and the Rocket Racing League.

Campbell also failed to inform the ISP that he is receiving substantial perks and benefits from Houghton, Diamandis, RARA and the RRL.

As a result, Campbell is a Judas (Traitor) to Journalism and its noble causes, including standing up for the "Little Guy" against low-life criminals and thugs, greedy Corporate thievery, renegade Judicial Systems in the pocket of organized crime, questionable Police conduct in contrast to the Laws they are charged to uphold, and Government Corruption. Beyond that, in that he lies to withholds information from his readers, Mr. Campbell is a Civil Rights violator ~ especially in his blocking of other Journalists from pursuing their sworn duties, and the aiding and abetting of the subjects under investigation by the Public Watchdogs of the Press ~ and therefore violates the Public's First Amendment Right to uninterrupted flow of free information. Campbell also endangers other Journalists and the individuals needing their help in the process of his misconduct.

Campbell does so for the "Mighty Buck," and nothing more, having no solid foundation of Journalistic Ethics at all; only those which suit his needs and serve his purpose alone. No other. No noble cause.

Though a Federal complaint has been delayed, the basic information has now been gathered, a large volume of Court records involving Law Cases against Mr. Campbell is awaited, and once that arrives and can be examined, the Federal complaints will follow immediately. Testimony from witnesses has been offered and will be accepted.

There is no shortage of Mr. Campbell's thirty-year-plus history of Criminal Misconduct. The real question is:

Why aren't the FAA, NTSB, Homeland Security and TSA doing anything about it!?

Deals have been made...that is clear. Must be nice to be a crook with friends high-up in money and power.

...but not for long!

Mr. Campbell's friends can take the fall with him!

Here is the man that Dr. Peter Diamandis believes should be rewarded with a Pilot's Position in the new, fraudulent, Rocket Racing League. No wonder, since:
